Each and everyone of us has a goal in life or has set goals in which we plan on achieving.May it be short term or long term we all love that feeling of accomplishment.
To have an observable and measurable end result, having one or more objectives to be achieved within a more or less fixed timeframe.
The object of a person’s ambition or effort; an aim or desired result.
I myself have many goals i want to accomplish, right now they are mainly dreams because i haven’t put them into action.That is a very bad thing especially because it’s a little demon called procrastination.It is the biggest downfall of us all.In order for us to reach our goals there is a specific set of steps we need to take.
We gotta be S.M.A.R.T.
Specific in what we want to accomplish
Achievable as in not something that’s over the top ridiculous
Realistic like can it really be done and not just some foolish dream
Timely set a deadline that way it becomes more than just a thought
Keeping that in mind we can get anywhere and do almost anything.Everyday i have to mentally have a pep talk with myself, for depending on my mood i would just stay in bed all day and not move unless to eat, pee, bathe or feed my turtles (still have that habitat to build).
